Our policy lasts 7 days. If you wish to get the money back, you can ask for it within 7 days of the date of purchase. We have a “No Questions Asked” policy where we will refund your money in full without asking any questions. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
In event of request cancellation of subscription/purchase, CareerPlot reserves the right to decide to refund the amount in full or partial based on individual case. and the subscriber/customer/user has no say in it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
CareerPlot System Failure (completely down and inaccessible) for duration of more than 1 week.
System malfunctioning for more than 15 days.
Refunds for workshops are allowed only if they are requested at least 30 days prior to the start date of the workshop and within 3 days of the clearance of the payment. Any discounted price workshops will not be eligible for refunds beyond the stipulated period of 3 days after the clearance of the payment. Workshops booked on full price (without any discounts) will be considered for refunds until two days before the workshop.
Each refund application will be considered purely on case to case basis.
In case you need a refund, Please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please specify your registered email address, name, phone number and purchase date and plan in the email. We’ll start processing your refund after we receive your email. Your email will be acknowledged by us within 3 working days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 30 days. The refund period may take longer depending in various factors including your request validity, bank network issues and any other unforeseen factors.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Please do provide the basic information like registered email address, name, phone number so that we can contact you back if needed.
Subscription / Purchase Transfer
Transfer of the purchase or subscription of CareerPlot services is not allowed.
CareerPlot service is a digital product and it does not involve any shipping. You’ll not receive any physical product. You’ll need to access careerplot.com for all its digital services.
